Causeway on Gull Association

The Causeway on Gull Association is the association for the Causeway owners.  The association is a non-profit organization governed through its Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws.   The purposes of the Association are to provide for the management, maintenance and operation of the Causeway timeshare resort.  The association hires the management company, develops policies for the maintenance of the units, pays the operating expenses and controls the reservations system.  In order to properly exercise all duties of the association, the association elects a Board of Directors from the Causeway ownership.  It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to assure orderly management, maintenance and operation of our resort.
